In 1940 film makers visited villages in England to show how life was carrying on in times of war. They came to Ashley Green and made a film. This was put on You Tube by Graham Hoadly. He is not connected with Ashley Green, but is interested in old films of the wartime as it affected England, and thought we might be interested.
